Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.
ReturnsReturn policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.
DeliveryEach seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. Be sure to choose the option that aligns best with how quickly you want your item to arrive.
