For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

3 x 1.5 oz mini Jar of honey in a lovely little gift box One spring honey (gold lid), one summer honey (black lid) and one soft set (silver lid) raw honey Our spring honey is a lovely light coloured, creamy texture honey, with a light, mild taste RAW, unprocessed from beehives around Chilterns area Summer honey is what you would think of as a traditional English honey, with a delicious taste. Soft set honey is smooth and fine textured honey that spreads easily and melts in the mouth Honey colour may vary depending on forage and may set. All pure honey will granulate. This change is the best proof of its quality. It can easily be restored to the liquid state by warming either in some hot water or microwave on low power without the lid. Honey provides a range of health benefits. My Raw honey, which comes straight from the beehive, contains bee pollen, bee propolis, and plenty of antioxidants. Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months old. Why not combine it with a lip balm made with my beeswax: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/990672912
