Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

"ReBcycle beer view mirrors consist of an acrylic mirror mounted in a used bottle cap (from one of 700+ beer, cider, soda, or other options I have) and attached to a bicycle spoke. This listing contains some of the most popular bottle caps purchased by previous customers, but there are many other options available on other listings or by request. The spoke can be shaped to fit on the temple of a pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses, onto a bicycle helmet, or onto a baseball cap. The mirror, if mounted on the left and properly adjusted, is designed to help cyclists see vehicles approaching them from behind. Using the beer view mirror (adjusted to show just a bit of my left ear) has been helpful to me and I hope that others will like it. Spokes for glasses are available in long or short lengths, depending on personal preference. Short spokes (with their mirrors) are usually between 4 1/2\" and 5 1/2\" long. Long spokes (with their mirrors) are usually between 6 1/2\" and 8 1/2\" in length. Some people seem to prefer the long spoke because the mirror takes up less of the users visual frame and because it can be more easily adjusted to see around hair, hats, and such. Others prefer the short spokes because they easily fit in a shirt pocket and are slightly more lightweight. One other option is to have a long spoke clamped to a bicycle helmet. This can work on either hard shelled skater-style helmets or on foam aerodynamic helmets. The third option is to design the spoke to attach to a baseball cap. Personally I prefer the glasses option but the helmet and baseball hat options are loved by the customers who have purchased and used them. Included below are links to videos of me putting mirrors on my glasses and on my helmet. - Long Glasses: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsqFDDqwKao - Helmet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f--K2oRHbmY The bike spokes are from Baltimore City bike repair shops and local cyclists and vary widely in style and character. The spokes are shaped by me and dipped in a plastic to reduce scratching of the glasses temple. Users can choose the color of plastic (red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple, or black) for the glasses option in addition to the length of the spoke. As shown in the videos, the spokes can be bent and cap rotated to improve adjustment for your particular pair of glasses or helmet in order to help you get the mirror to show objects behind you. Bend the spoke all you need to get the right position; the spokes are hard to break and I'm glad to replace any product that is broken or damaged in any way. If you are concerned about whether the mirror will work for your glasses or helmet please contact me. While most ReBcycle listings have bottle caps from one specific state or region of the country, this listing has bottle caps from throughout the United States and around the world. For some of the listings I have multiple variations or colors of a cap, if the one you want ends in some portion of \"(pick which)\" or \"(various)\", then I have several mirrors of that type and you should look at the photos and include in your order details about the bottle cap you want for your mirror. I'm always looking for more caps from good craft beers and have more than are listed on Etsy. If you're looking for a specific beer you can try to find it in the listing for the state or region where that beer comes from or can choose \"Request Other\" in the the pull-down menu and include information about what you want and if it's included in the photos or not shown in the notes of your order. If I don't already have that mirror then I will do my best to get it locally. You can also provide me with bottle caps for your mirrors (and might get discounts for future mirrors in thanks). There are many different ReBcycle Etsy listings for other beverages including kombuchas, ciders, and beers organized by state or region (MD/DE, PA, NY/NJ, New England, South, Midwest, Mountain West, California/Hawaii/Alaska, and Pacific Northwest), or by country or continent. If you're not sure where to find a bottle cap or don't see the one you want, please contact me. The mirrors can also be used for rowing crew, kayaking, or other activities where seeing behind you is helpful. Rowers generally want their mirrors adjusted for use on the right temple, as do cyclists in countries where vehicles drive on the left, so please let me know if that is your preference."
