How to Use: - Before initial use, soak wool pads in a lanolin solution to enhance moisture repellency. Wash muslin pads multiple times to maximize absorbency. With each use, wool becomes more moisture repellent, while muslin becomes increasingly absorbent. - Simply place 2 pads inside your bra - position the wool pad against the bra and the muslin pad against the breast. For enhanced absorbency, layer 2 muslin pads if necessary. - After use, allow the woolen pad to air dry, and wash the muslin pads with warm water and a drop of detergent or machine wash at temperatures up to 60oC/140oF.
