Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

"This is a cute clear green flask shaped like a bunch of grapes, probably intended for wine. Remember all those bowls of fake fruit that our parents had sitting around the house then? This is in that category, but you could actually use it. I wouldn't recommend it though, I think it would be easy to loose your grip, especially on the 3rd or 4th time you've drunk from it, and it could drop. Maybe that explains the cracks in pictures 3 and 4. I don't think they impact it's ability to hold liquid, but I also don't think I'd chance it. When it's sitting down you don't notice it, it takes a closer examination. 6 1/2\" long, 4\" wide, 4\" high."
