Refunds

If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns

If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller.
