Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA Your order will be delivered with ALL import duties PAID by us. You will NOT have to pay any additional import duties. We are based in the UK and use either Royal Mail Delivery Duty Paid service or on bigger orders an international courier with a delivery duty paid service. NO IMPORT DUTIES WILL BE PAYABLE BY YOU This full leather mens wallet is available in a choice of two colours black or brown. The front of the wallet is adorned with one of our pewter or enamel emblems making it the perfect personal gift. The wallet features 8 card slots, 4 clear view ID slots and 2 note compartments. The Bi-Fold wallet is held securely shut by a popper. The dimensions when closed are 11cm by 9.5cm (roughly 4 by 4 inches).
