Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

For bean orders expect an extra 24 hours, for ground orders an extra 48 hours. All our flavoured coffees are roasted and flavoured fresh to order. That means you must allow 48 hours for the beans to infuse properly in order to have the best possible flavour Please note that in order to get the correct flavour profile, you must use milk and sugar or some other sweetener. Otherwise, they may not taste as they should. All orders come with free shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class. Any orders above 2kg will be automatically upgraded to next day delivery. How long is coffee sitting on the shelf before it is delivered to me? All our coffee is freshly roasted to order, it literally cannot get any fresher! Who are you guys? Do you have a physical store? We are family run business who sell retail coffee beans online but also supply wholesale both online and locally. Are you doing your part to save the planet? Our roastery is solar powered and we try to use reyclable / eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. Is it OK to buy ground coffee? Though we recommend always buying as whole beans and grinding as you need it, we can understand that not everyone has a grinder at home! Just store the coffee well and drink it quickly!
