Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

A set of antique wooden skis complete with poles. Perfect for decorative purposes, at home or in a shop display. The skis are in very good, used condition with a few marks and scratches due to age. They are distressed black and have no foot straps. The poles are made from bamboo and are in good condition. The discs are a little worn and some of the strapping has snapped. 210cm in length. 8cm wide. The poles measure 132cm in length. We use Evri for items under 1.2m long, Parcelforce 24hr for items over 1.2m and under 1.5m, and then Parcelforce 48hr Large service for items over 1.5m and under 2.4m. The shipping rate is calculated according to the weight and size of the item/s and the service used. We do not profit from our shipping charges and try to keep the cost as low as possible. We will try and combine delivery when multiple items have been purchased but unfortunately this can't always be done due the size limitations put in place by Evri and Parcelforce. For example, long items can usually be sent together and wide items can usually be combined but galvanized tubs etc of different sizes that do not fit inside each other may have to be sent individually. There are many different combinations that are not possible to combine, please feel free to contact us to make sure we can send the entirety of your order out with a combined postage discount. If you do purchase items which are not compatible for posting we will contact you. This item, if not being collected, will be sent by a signed-for service, so need to be delivered to an address where someone will be in during the day. We are happy to send the package to a work address, neighbour or relative. As with all couriers, they will make two attempts at delivery, hold the package at their local depot for three days then return it to us. There will be a charge to return the package so please make sure you are able to take delivery! A mobile number is required for courier delivery UK zonal surcharges The following Postcodes incur additional Evri delivery charges, if you would like the item delivered to an address in one of the areas below please contact us and we will give you a revised cost of sending the item. Unfortunately we can't send larger items by Parcelforce to any of these zones due to the high increase in cost. All destinations outside the UK mainland Zone 2: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes AB31, 33-38, 45, 52-56. FK17-21. HS1-9 IV1-3, IV10-28, 30-32, 36, 40-56. KA27 and 28, KW1-3 and 5-14, KW15-17. PA20-49, PA60-80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Saturday and Isle of Wight (PO30-41) deliveries are also subject to a surcharge. We do not ship to the Channel Islands as they are classed as an international destination
