Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Beautiful & original vintage 1973 Hacker Centurion hifi stereo system - Record player & FM radio. It has a cassette input that can serve as an auxiliary for sundry other inputs. Thus the Centurion will play CDs, Cassettes, MiniDisc etc through it, just as well as it does it's own integrated record player and radio tuner. An input lead will be supplied. You can even connect it to a Walkman. I will supply a Phono to Din cable. A gorgeous & very well cared for 1970's British made high fidelity system built in Maidenhead. It has a beautiful and rich sound capable of filling any size room with a high quality of sound. The Hacker of these times was a cut above anything else in regards to music centres, they were built to exacting standards. The amplifier and speakers sound just as good today as they did 40 years ago. It has it's original Hacker LS 500 speakers and original Maidenhead built stand that neatly dismantles when not in use. The original speakers are in good condition for their age and still have their labels on rear. The fabric mesh grilles are nicely preserved and the cabinets are in good condition. The original Garrard SP25 MKIII automatic and manual record player is fitted with a new cartridge and stylus. The player operates on manual & auto setting and has recently been serviced, fully stripped down and cleaned both internally and externally. (October 2025) Complete with all wiring just plug in and go! Please note if buyer prefers to collect from my house local to Cambridge that's absolutely fine it will be set up when buyer collects and full demonstration given. **Please buy with confidence, I've been interested in hifi now for the best part of 40 years. There will be good and bad Hifi available on the second hand market. I only deal with items I know to be well designed and that also have had long term single ownership and also have been clearly appreciated and well looked after. This particular Hacker Centurion has had good careful ownership prior to myself belonging to an elderly couple in Bath, Somerset, and came with it's Hacker LS500 speakers & I've added a fabulous original Hacker ST21 stand. ** (Due to its age sold for display purposes only, any electrical use at buyers own discretion & risk)
