Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

Delivery
Each seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. The leather is left in its natural state and the special surface characteristics of the leather, such as grain and subtle color differences, remain visible. The impregnation and a light wax finish make the punching bag water-repellent and very hard-wearing. The straps are made of tear-resistant, 4 cm wide 100% cotton fabric. DIMENSIONS Punching bag length: 70 cm, total length with straps: 1.05 m. Diameter: 27 cm. FILLING & WEIGHT The punching bag is supplied filled and weighs around 20 kg. You can adjust the filling quantity yourself to change the weight and hardness of the punching bag. Maximum filling weight is approx. 27 kg. Punching bags in the 15-25 kg weight category are ideal for beginners, cardio boxing and moderate boxing training. It is not a heavyweight category, but 15-25 kg weight is sufficient for most people. The punching bag moves well with the punches, but does not fly away either. For children, the weight of the punching bag should be about 1/3 to 1/2 of their body weight. The punching bag is lined with durable 100% cotton canvas and filled with recycled textile scraps. Inside is a cotton tube filled with 10 kg of fine gravel for extra weight.
