Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

CANCELLATIONS Buyer is responsible for making cancellation requests within 12 hours of their initial order (except when a Holiday Shipping schedules are expedited). If any packaging has occurred after this timeframe. the buyer's refund will incur the deduction of a restocking fee of 25% or $8, whichever is greater will be subtracted from any refund. The restocking fee also applies for shipping fee adjustments. The buyer is responsible for making a cancellation request within 12 hours of a shipping fee adjustment notice if they choose not to continue with the order. SHIPPING This shop will only use the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEX. Global Postal Shipping partners will NOT be used as an alternative carrier as they often charge additional fees after the item has been shipped. RETURNS & REFUNDS Buyers have 14-calendar days to return an item from the date received. The returned order MUST be in the same condition with all original accessories. Factory Sealed items cannot be returned if opened. Basically, NO return will be honored beyond the 14-calendar days return policy. IncVintage Emporium will refund the cost of your purchase and shipping charges, if the return is a result of seller error or the item arrives damaged. If the customer chooses to return an item due to shipping damage or seller error, the return shipping paid will be refunded but at the original cost. When a buyer receives their purchase, it is their responsibility to inspect it and report any inaccuracies or damages to the seller within five-calendar days. Again, NO refund will be considered beyond 14-calendar days. If the customer chooses to return an item for reasons other than shipping damage or seller error, the return shipping costs typically are subtracted from any refund, or customers can arrange for and pay for shipping on their own. Additionally, there will be a restocking cost of either $8 or 25%, whichever is higher. FACTORY SEALED Seller is not responsible for the condition of items described as SEALED or FACTORY SEALED, as these item's packages or boxes will NOT be opened for inspection. SEALED or FACTORY SEALED items are considered an ASIS purchase, and NO refund will be considered. Buyers are instructed to view ALL pictures as they are important in the description of the version, appearance and condition associated with the ordered item. LISTING CONDITION In ALL inspections, the item is assessed first then its original packaging (box, etc.) is assessed when included. For example, an item described as MINT means the item has NOT been removed from the box or FACTORY SEALED within its packaging. Next, the condition of the item's box will be described (i.e., Box has storage wear, taped to keep intact, etc.). Buyers are instructed to view ALL pictures as they are important in the description of the version, appearance and condition associated with the ordered item."
