Refunds

If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns

If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.
