Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

Delivery
Each seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. Beautiful set of 3 silver stretch bead stacking bracelets. Each one is handmade to a high standard using different styles of silver plated beads and tubes to complement each other perfectly. Bracelet 1 - silver plated 4 & 5 mm beads. Highlighted with decorative 4 & 5mm pumpkin beads and completed with an antique silver openwork heart charm. Bracelet 2 - 3mm silver plated beads highlighted with 4mm pumpkin style beads. Bracelet 3 - 4mm silver plated tube beads highlighted with 4 and 5mm decorative pumpkin beads and completed with an antique silver heart charm. All are 18cm approx and are made to a high standard. ALSO PLEASE - Whatever you do, don't pull on one end of the bracelet to form a triangle and stretch it over your hand. It stresses the elastic and eventually, it will snap. To keep your bracelet in tip-top shape, roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible.
