Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

The birds singing in the trees, your favourite song on the radio, your grandchildren's voices. There's a lot you can miss when you've got blocked-up ears. __Benefits__: - Earol Olive Oil Spray 10ml is the simple yet effective way of delivering a dose of olive oil to your ear to soften and remove earwax naturally - Prevents build-up of earwax and reduces the need for syringing - A great way to prepare for earwax removal appointments with your doctor or nurse - The tapered applicator limits the excess product in your ear canal to avoid damaging the delicate structure inside your ear - Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age - Coverage for both ears for up to 14 days ###Why are my ears blocked? Earwax build-up occurs when your ears produce too much wax or when the earwax isn't cleared effectively. The wax is produced by glands in the skin of your outer ear canal, and it is designed to trap dust and other materials that could damage deeper parts of your ear, such as your eardrum. In most people, a small amount of earwax is cleared naturally, but if it accumulates in the ear canal, it can cause blockage and lead to symptoms such as earache, ringing in the ears, and hearing loss. ###Does Earol reduce the amount of wax in my ear? Earol helps soften and remove wax build-up. It does not affect the actual earwax production. ###How long does it take for Earol to work? You should notice a difference within 4-5 days of regular application, twice daily. If symptoms persist, it is recommended to book a consultation for wax removal with your GP. ###How is Earol spray different from other earwax removal products? Earol spray has a unique delivery system capable of delivering a discrete unit dose of Olive Oil into the outer ear, enhancing ease of use, reducing over-application, and significantly reducing spillage/mess. ###How should I prepare a new bottle of Earol spray for use? Before using a new bottle of Earol spray, warm it in the palm of your hand, shake well, and then press the actuator down 3 or 4 times until you get a spray. When doing this, do not point the actuator at yourself or anyone else. This procedure will prime the system and ensure the product is ready to use. ###How do I apply Earol spray? For adults or children over 12 years of age, it's recommended to use 1 or 2 applications of Earol twice daily for 4 or 5 days before consultation for wax removal. Thereafter, your doctor or nurse may suggest using Earol once a week as a preventative measure. ###How do I operate the Earol spray bottle? Pull the upper ear or Pinna upwards and backwards, holding the bottle in an upright position with the nozzle placed in the ear canal. Depress the actuator fully 1 or 2 times and massage gently the Tragus just in front of the ear. Repeat the procedure with the other ear if necessary. ###Are there any age restrictions for using Earol spray? Earol spray should not be used for children under one year of age without medical advice. ###Are there any known side effects of using Earol spray? Olive Oil is a natural product, and no harmful side effects have been reported with this product or with this product interacting with other medicines. However, this product should not be used if you have a sensitivity or allergy to Olive Oil. If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using this product and inform your doctor or pharmacy immediately.
