Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

Delivery
Each seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. Be sure to choose the option that aligns best with how quickly you want your item to arrive.

Crafted from a white shade that has been hand decorated with bunting, buttons and rope all in contrasting pale blue and neutral tones finished with a hanging wicker basket that is decorated with 3 cream sand bags and white buttons. The balloon is 12 inches round and hangs approx 20 inches long to bottom of basket. All the bows, ribbons, bunting and sand bags have been handmade tooso you know that attention to detail, love & care has been put into each and every balloon. Your Hot Air Balloon can be used as a light shade over any ordinary pendant light fitting with a low wattage bulb. The wattage of the bulb should not exceed 40 watts. Shipping Due to high demand, processing time is around 4-6 weeks. This is a realistic timescale currently so please take note of this prior to ordering. Balloons will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and flat packed into a custom made 12\"x12\"x5\" box to help them arrive to you safely. A small leaflet will be enclosed with each light-shade which provides safety and installation information. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which normally takes 2-4 working days delivery time. Returns As all of our items are made to order, returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt."
