Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

Delivery
Each seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. Be sure to choose the option that aligns best with how quickly you want your item to arrive.

The stylish roof shape gives considerably more headroom and allows the possibility of storage in the roof space. The wide double doors, with pad bolt, ensure easy access into the building and the large, opening, storm resistant side windows let in plenty of light. The doors can go at either end too. The shiplap cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade pine on sturdy 34mm square framing and the roof and floor are both 12mm T&G. Mineral roof felt, a fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size.
