As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

We are so proud to be able to provide delicious, natural honey to our local customers and stores. Our wondrous honeybees are managed by our small and passionate team who harvest the honey and take it from hive to jar with care every step of the way. We ensure that we retain as much of the natural goodness contained in raw honey by only coarse filtering the honey and keeping the honey unpasteurised. Our honey is also unblended, meaning each jar of gorgeous honey may differ in taste, colour and viscosity. Our runny honey is multi floral as we have bees foraging on a variety of wild and farmed plants. The different nectar sources vary the colour of honey so our honey ranges from light golden to quite dark throughout the season. We never blend our honey so each jar has a slightly unique flavour which is what our customers love about it. Our 340g jar of runny honey is by far our most popular product that we sell. All of our honey is produced by our incredible honeybee colonies that are managed by our small, but passionate team of beekeepers. From harvesting to jarring every step is handled with the utmost care and pride to put forth this incredible jar of honey that our colonies have worked so hard to produce. We cold extract, then coarse strain our honey as soon as we have removed the supers from our colonies. Many people think of runny honey as the traditional way of buying honey. The truth is that all honey starts out runny just like the bees eat it, but overtime it will granulate, the granulation time varies depending on the nectar source. Honey is best kept in cupboard at normal room temperature. Never store in the fridge.
