Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

The Barnsdale is a great outdoor room for your garden with lovely Georgian glazing. It comes in a range of sizes and is a versatile space. A robust log cabin, it comes with glazed double doors and a matching joinery quality, opening window which can go on either side. The lockable door also features a full length piano style hinge to improve security. The interlocking timbers that make up the walls of the building are 19mm thick, some 50% thicker than a normal garden building; roof and floor are 12mm T&G. Internal eaves height is a full 6' (1825mm) for a spacious interior. Please note that log cabins are supplied as individual log boards that are assembled length by length, building up from the floor; not pre-made panels.
