Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

"Manufactured exclusively for Pottery Barn in 2000, each of these 7.75\" plates feature a different type of cheese. These plates are in mint condition. Before I list an item I do extensive research to identify its pattern, date manufactured, and authenticity. I also inspect each item very closely and disclose any imperfections I see, but my items are mostly vintage, gently used pieces, and there may be a flaw I missed or even a mistaken pattern name or manufacturer given. Please look very closely at all the photographs as they are part of the description."
