Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Ice skate soakers provide protection for your blades from rust by absorbing extra moisture or condensation caused by changes in temperature when coming off the ice. With an outside of patterned spandex and inside of soft fleece they protect both your blades and carrying bag from damage during transit to and from the rink. The soakers are one size and displayed on blades 9 1/2 inches but will fit larger blades. However, if you want a smaller ie child size to fit 8 inch or less or larger to fit 10 1/2 inch plus please enter blade length in the personalisation option as I can alter the sizing to fit. The soakers can be made in other fabric if your preferred pattern is no apparently available. Please don't hesitate to message me. Please be aware that soakers should not be used in place of wiping excess ice/water off blades when coming off ice nor to protect blades from walking in your skates on a hard surface.
