Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

"An early and rare 1957-1959 version of the Old Hall Campden coffee set with coffee pot, milk/cream pot and sugar bowl, by Robert Welch. All pieces feature a rare Robert Welch rectangular back-stamp and have the early rounded handles. I spoke to Nigel Wiggin at Old Hall about the early back-stamp, he said \"Yes, you're spot on re the backstamp on the Campden coffee set! The set was introduced in 1957 and the rectangular backstamp also came out that year but only on Robert Welch designs. It only lasted for two years until 1959 when we introduced the Robert Welch backstamp. The set ran until 1974. The original bulbous handles were replaced by the tapered ones in 1962. It's always puzzled me that Robert started off with the bulbous handles as he didn't like curves and much preferred straight lines!\" The stylish modernist left-handed pot was designed as the creamer or hot water/milk jug to accompany the right handed coffee jug. The Campden design is highly sought after and won awards at the time. The design has a sleek simple Scandinavian feel with a teak/rosewood hardwood handles and lid lifts. The last picture shows Robert Welch's original 1956 sketched design, taken from 'Robert Welch. Design: Craft and Industry' book. High quality vintage item in a satin 18/8 stainless steel, stylish tapering shapes. Made in England by Old Hall, they're stamped with the rare Old Hall logo to all three bases, an original set. All excellent condition for the age, all very clean with no dinks or staining - fully functional and perfect for display or a collector. A couple of tiny insignificant surface marks as you'd expect for vintage steel. Wood is very good. Pots are 13.5cm high, 18cm with the lid. 9.5cm wide at the base. Matching sugar bowl is about 5 x 8.5cm. Great examples! Price includes P&P to the UK."
