Refunds, Returns & Delivery
Please note: We are not an online shop and do not sell products directly. We operate as a comparison service, helping you find the best deals by linking you to a wide range of trusted sellers. As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:

Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

Returns
Return policies vary depending on both the reason for return and the individual seller's terms. If an item is defective, counterfeit, or not as advertised, you're entitled to a return even if returns aren't usually accepted by that seller. However, if you simply change your mind, the seller has the right to decline the return request. In such cases, you may also need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Sellers usually provide return instructions and addresses. Where the fault lies with the item, sellers must cover return postage. Under UK and EU law, you also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order—exceptions include instantly delivered digital content, opened DVDs or games, and unsealed personal products.

Delivery
Each seller offers their own set of delivery options to suit different budgets and timeframes. Free delivery is common, but faster or more premium options are often available too. Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges will be shown on the seller's product page. When you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available methods, which may include Click & Collect, express courier, standard post, economy shipping, or free local pickup from the seller. Be sure to choose the option that aligns best with how quickly you want your item to arrive.

Sometimes a nail is just a nail... This set is inspired by the Mimics from DnD, with creepy eye, gnarly teeth and a big purple tongue jumping out at you in hand moulded 3D. The pics dont do justice the the gorgeous double cat eye effect of the purple nails! The rich gold represents the treasure you were hoping to find... Hand painted and finished by us. Your package will include: Your set of 10 press on nails 1 nail file 1 cuticle stick 2 alcohol swabs 1 nail glue 1 sheet of sticky tabs 1 instruction leaflet Please note that international customers will not receive nail glue, as shipping of this outside of the UK is prohibited. Instead you will receive extra sticky tabs in your application kit. Please check size and shape guides and instructions for measuring your nails to ensure that when ordering, you are confident your chosen shape and sizes are correct, as we cannot accept returns on orders unless the fault lies with us. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing one of our sizing kits in your preferred shape before ordering to confirm your sizing is correct and the shape is as you imagine. Please be aware that all tip shapes vary in width, so a size 1 in short oval may not fit the same as a size 1 in long coffin. If your size is custom, please remember to send us a message with the sizes you require (listed thumb to pinky and labelled left and right if different).
