As such, we cannot intervene in or manage any transactions, deliveries, returns, or refunds made through third-party sellers. For any order-related queries, please contact the seller directly via the platform where your purchase was made. We can offer some information as follows:
Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

This is a lovely original Victorian scissor etui from the Victorian era. The case is a faux crocodile with a clasp and a lift up flap to the front as shown. Inside is a triple cavity for scissors of graduating size. There are three pairs present, one lovely pair of button hole scissors stamped for Southern & Richardson of Sheffield which dates them to the Victorian era and in lovely condition, the second are possibly sack or bandage scissors with Saynor as a maker, the third being a gorgeous pair of large Taylor's Eyewitness Scissors, so a lovely collection! They show few signs commensurate with wear and some patina as shown. As with all old scissors a sharpen and tighten would be useful. The case has signs of fading and wear and and is nice and sturdy and is 6 inches long. As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. Please look at the photos carefully and please do ask any questions, I am happy to help. Please note for international orders - all tariff/customs/taxes remain the responsibility of the customer to pay either at source in Etsy or at customs in your country. Removal of the US de minimis threshold: Starting on 29 August deliveries entering the US may be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of value. Please note for US customers, the huge change in tariffs has meant we have had to increase our postage charges to account for the tariffs introduced by the US government. This is still very much a work in progress, so we may need to make changes or ask for further information to ensure you can receive your order as smoothly as possible. Please bear with us as we progress along with Etsy on these significant changes for your country's export/import legislation.
