Refunds
Sellers are required to offer refunds for specific items when they are faulty or not as described. This applies to things like bespoke products, perishable goods, unsealed software or media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and print publications such as magazines or newspapers. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method—if you paid by card, the funds will return to that card, while PayPal or bank payments will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a mix of methods, each part will be refunded accordingly. Sellers generally initiate refunds within three working days, though PayPal may take up to 30 days to complete processing.

We ship exclusively through Canada Post. Canada Post will transfer the package to your country's postal service or alternate delivery service once it enters the destination country. Tracking information is provided once the item has been shipped and will be messaged to you. If you do not wish to purchase shipment options with a tracking number, the method of shipment will be provided to you ie \"small packet air\" or \"international ground\". Items shipped with no tracking number cannot be tracked and are solely your responsibility. It is not our responsibility to track your package. We are not responsible for any shipments that are processed and sent as they are now in the care and control of Canada Post or your country's postal service or other delivery service. Any missing or delayed shipments are NOT our responsibility as they are in the care and control of Canada Post or your local postal service or alternate delivery service. CUSTOMS/DUTIES & LANDED COSTS We ship from Canada and any orders being shipped outside of Canada may be subject to your government's laws and/or regulations regarding the importation of goods into your country. When we ship an item outside of Canada, we follow all regulations s and guidelines with respect to customs and excise declarations. That includes but is not limited to the description of the contents, item origin, purchase price and any other information required by Canada Post, alternate carriers and government, regulatory or legal entities. It is NOT our responsibility if your country's government or customs and excise, postal department or any such entity charges you any landed costs including customs and excise fees, brokerage fees, duties or any other fees required on the delivery of your order. It is best, before ordering any product from us, to check with your government, customs department and/or regulatory body and/or postal carrier to determine if there will be extra fees associated with the delivery of your order. HLJ at Home will NOT reimburse any extra fees associated with the above mentioned as these fees are beyond our control."
